Hey guys! We would like to introduce toots, an online boutique. The idea came when my sister and I saw a magical & mystical land of clothes. We just couldn't believe our eyes. So, toots was born. toots is own by two sisters (you can call us Toots :]). Our aim is to sell gorgeous clothes at affordable prices.
