Via Post - Poslaju or Pos ekspress. If you don't specify delivery method to us, we will send it via pos ekspress. For 3 items & more or bulky items; e.g shoes, we deliver via Poslaju.

At the moment, it is unfortunate to inform you that we do not offer C.O.D & Door to door service.

Pos Ekspress: RM 4

Pos Laju: (revised rate as per Poslaju)
+ Within Klang Valley: RM 6*
+ Within Peninsular Malaysia: RM 7*
+ Within East Malaysia: RM 10*
*Prices apply up to 3 items only. Additional RM 1 will be charged for every subsequent item.

Delivery time frame (after purchase confirmation):

How Do I Pay?

Payments can be made to our Maybank account.

Please keep payment slips/acknowledgment number for reference to avoid any misunderstanding.

Please be reminded, payments must be made within 3 days after you have sent reservation email to us or your reservation will be cancelled.

How Do I Purchase The Items?

To ensure smooth transactions & also to avoid delays, please follow these steps:

Step 2: Email us your details. On email subject please type "My Order". (Please copy & paste the following)

Step 3: Wait for our confirmation (it is guaranteed a reply within 48 hours). Further instructions will be in our reply. If there was no reply within 48 hours, please check under Spam/Junk folder. It might ended up there :)

Terms & Conditions

1. We entertain serious buyers only.
2. Items sold are not refundable, returnable or exchangeable. We ensure that items are subjected to strict check before delivery.
3. Sizes on this website are just for a recommendation. Please ensure to check measurements before purchasing to avoid disappointments.
   
4. Reservation is allowed up to 3 days. If there was no confirmation made, reserved item will be released to other buyers.
5. Cancellation of reservation is allowed when payment has not been made yet. Just let us know :)
   
6. Once payment has been made, item is considered sold.
7. In case of multiple orders on an item, customer who fills in our order form first and/or very sure of his/her order, will be taken as priority.
   
8. Buyers are to bear all delivery/postal/freight charges, if applicable.
   
9. All items will be delivered only after the payment has been made.
10. We are not held liable for any damages or lost item.
    
11. Colours may be differ slightly due to monitor settings & lighting of the photography.
12. We don't swap clothes & don't take photo request.
    
13. We don't restock unless we receive sufficient demands. Full payment has to be made before restocking. If item is unavailable, it will be refunded.
14. All information provided to us will be deemed personal and will be kept confidential.
15. All emails sent are intended for our customers & reviewers who have corresponded with us. We do not send spam & recipient has the right to not receive our email by notifying us .

Hello :)

Hey guys! We would like to introduce toots, an online boutique. The idea came when my sister and I saw a magical & mystical land of clothes. We just couldn't believe our eyes. So, toots was born. toots is own by two sisters (you can call us Toots :]). Our aim is to sell gorgeous clothes at affordable prices. At the moment we are still collecting some dresses, tops & bottoms. Hopefully we will start in June. We're very excited about it!
